This Regency Style Hotel, built in 1826, offers a warm and friendly environment directly opposite Brighton Pier. With great views, this famous Brighton landmark is a delightful listed building in a premier location on the seafront. All 186 bedrooms including our mini suites provide modern amenities expected by todays traveller; with private facilities, complimentary tray, colour television, radio, trouser press, direct dial telephone & hairdryer. Numerous rooms feature Jacuzzi baths, air conditioning and sea views. Many of the roooms are with jacuzzi bath, air conditioning and some with panoramic views. The Restaurant, Lounge and Bar boast fabulous views overlooking the English Channel and offer traditional food all day. The vibrant 'Bar-roque' is a stylish bar providing good food and drinks with great music at night. Our 8 function rooms are elegantly furnished, equally suitable for day or night catering for up to 150 delegates. The hotel is within easy access to major motorways links and Gatwick airport is conveniently located 30 minutes away by car and 45 minutes by train. Brighton Station is a short distance away and the main bus/coach terminus operating services to Heathrow airport and London is around the corner from the hotel. (Chargeable car park nearby). ***The hotel is currently in the process of external and internal refurbishment until further notice. There is scaffolding on the outside of the building. Please note that guests who request a sea view may have their view obscured. The restaurant, lounge and bar at the hotel have already been refurbished. The bedrooms and corridors are still being refurbished until further notice. Work is carried out between 9.00am – 4.00pm during the week. There is no work taking place at the weekend. The hotel sections of part of the hotel and therefore disruption to guests is kept to a minimum. ***
