The hotel overlooks the Strasthpey steam railway and the famous James Braid designed Boat of Garten golf course. The hotel is perfectly located for golf, walking, cycling, fishing, canoeing and a number of adventure sports. Privately owned and personally managed, all 30 of our rooms are individually decorated ensuring you a comfortable and relaxing stay. Although the same high standard of facilities are available throughout, no two rooms are the alike and each have something special - whether it's sweeping views over the countryside, or a stunning four poster bed, or an alcove where you can curl up with a book. With exquisite soft furnishings and tasteful décor you have everything you need for comfortable and relaxing stay. In the Osprey Bistro you can find an excellent choice of dishes in a relaxed and lively atmosphere. Coffee and drinks are available throughout the day, with over 40 single malt whiskies to choose from and a fabulous selection of international wines. The Capercaillie Restaurant is a fine dining experience and has received 2AA Rosette Award every year since 1999.
